She then gave us great advice all through the buying process providing great support without pushing us. Once we closed, Melissa had a great array of contractors to jump into action to paint the house and repair a number of items before we moved in. We cannot recommend Melissa highly enough. She helped us find our dream home in Tiburon as part of an interstate move back to California, and she truly went above and beyond at every step.

Melissa is positive, incredibly easy to work with, tenacious, resourceful, and, most importantly, she really listened to us. She understood what we were looking for and used her deep knowledge of Tiburon, Marin, and the greater Bay Area to help us find exactly the right home.

The purchasing process itself was smooth, efficient, and quick. Her help didn’t end when our offer was accepted. The house needed some light renovations before we moved in, and because we were relocating from out of state, Melissa stepped in and made the entire process remarkably easy. She connected us with excellent crews, coordinated and supervised the work and painting, and was involved down to helping select paint colors. By the time we arrived, the house was ready for us to move right in. That level of care and attention was extraordinary.  Melissa seems to have a contact for absolutely everything, and her resourcefulness and local relationships were invaluable throughout the process.

Melissa was raised in Belvedere-Tiburon, and her depth of knowledge of Marin and the greater Bay Area is exceptional. We had such a wonderful experience working with her that when our next-door neighbor later decided to sell their home, Melissa represented them as well—which says a great deal about the trust she inspires.  She helped them update their home for sale being conscientious with costs and investment vs. return.

Melissa is much more than a realtor who helps you buy a house. She is a trusted partner who can expertly guide you through the process and provide vision of how to make a new place your home. She did a wonderful job was very insightful and really walked us through the process of getting our house sold during a tough time. I highly recommend working with Melissa. My parents passed away in 2026 and I was looking for an agent to help me update and sell the home as I lived out of town. I had contacted 2 other agents, but received no reply.  I phoned Melissa and she answered.  No voicemail, no call back later. I am so very happy that she picked up my call.  She was indespensable when it came to her connections with craftsman and dealing with city/county officials.  She truly went above and beyond.  She let in the repair folks, and once they were done sent me photos of the work.  If it was not done to a high standard, she called them back and supervised everything.  I honestly believe that I could not have sold the home so quickly without her.  The home sold the first day for 7% over asking.  She is the ultimate professional, organised, available and very knowledgable about the market, while at the same time being sympathetic .  I recommend her without reservation.
